The agreement for using BizPilot.
BizPilot gives your business an AI-powered front office — voice, messaging, CRM, scheduling, and payments. You agree to use it lawfully and only for communications you are authorized to send.
You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for the business you represent.
Paid plans begin after your 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the current period. One-time AI credit packs are non-refundable but never expire.
No spam, harassment, or illegal content. Messaging must comply with applicable rules (e.g., consent and opt-out for SMS). We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.
You own your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you — routing, storing, and processing your content, including through AI providers, to deliver the features you use.
We work hard to keep BizPilot reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
